God's Awesome Miracle Healing (Cont.)
...And He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction." Mark 5:34 (NKJV)
...Then He took the child by the hand, and said to her, "Talitha, cumi," which translated, "Little girl, I say to you, arise." Immediately the girl arose and walked, for she was twelve years of age. And they were overcome with great amazement. Mark 5:41-42 (NKJV)
...So Jesus stood still and called them, and said, "What do you want Me to do for you?"
They said to Him, "Lord, that our eyes may be opened." So Jesus had compassion and touched their eyes. And immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed Him. Matthew 20:32-34 (NKJV)
And He entered the synagogue again, and a man was there who had a withered hand. So they watched Him closely, whether He would heal him on the Sabbath, so that they might accused Him. "Step forward." Then He said to them, "Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill?" But they kept silent.
And when He had looked around at them with anger, being grieved by the hardness of their hearts, He said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." And he stretched it out, and his hand was restored as whole as the other. Mark 3:1 - 5 (NKJV)
I needed faith boosters and the scriptures helped me so much. Also, I went through a period of growth and spiritual maturity where I had to exercise humility, love and forgiveness, something that used to be a struggle for me. This was a period of true testing from God and I thank Him that I past the test and now am blessed!
I've learned that lot's of times God doesn't grant what we want at the time we want because He wants us to escalate spiritually and deny our fleshly ways. If you aren't praying, serving Him and attending church regularly now, if you were to get what you want from Him, would you increase or decrease your commitment? God already knows the answer.
I developed the attitude that if God did not heal my body, that was all right. I pray everyday that His will be done in my life, so therefore I adore, honor and worship Him in spite of. I did not put faith in a physician's report or try to take things in my own hands. Remembering that God is a God of today and just as He did in the past He can do in the present.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Hebrews 13:8 (NKJV)
I want to share with you that I not only know Jesus as my deliverer, provider, peace, love, and counselor but also as MY HEALER! I'm expecting our fourth child and the doctors can take no credit. As a matter of fact they are puzzled. I'm witnessing to them that it was God who healed my body and allowed me to conceived. Not only has He healed my reproductive system, but He's developed a new ministry in me!
In the past I have ministered to women who were barren and now at this point in my life I can understand how they truly feel. I praise and worship God for what He is doing!!! To those of us who are believing God for miracles, whatever they are. I want to encourage you to not let go of the promise that God has made to you. God hasn't forgotten you nor His promise to you.
Be willing to allow Him to minister to you right where you may be, submitting to being shaped and molded, so that you are prepared to receive your miracle. I found that being patient, struggling with disappointment and the wanting to make things happen by my might were my oppositions. The foes that you struggle with may be different, still the solution for dealing with them are the same. That is, developing or maintaining an intimate relationship with Jesus.
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that he is, and that He is a rewarded of those who diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV)
Keep a journal, write down what God speaks to you through dreams, visions, scriptures or audible voice. So that you may remember His promise in your life and the call for you may be unfolded. Request God's help when your faith is wavering.
Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes." Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, "Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!" Mark 9:23 & 24
Utilize scriptures, your journal and encouraging songs as faith boosters. Pray with belief and exercise faith by speaking death to the adverse concerns and life into the promises of God for you.
...And when the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, "How did the fig tree wither away so soon?" So Jesus answered and said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' it will be done. And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."
Matthew 21:20 - 22.
