 Beyond the Resurrection

According to the Bible, God created the heaven and the earth on the first day. On the sixth day He created man in His own image. Adam and Eve were place in the garden in Eden under the rule of God, their creator. They could not eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, if so, they would face the penalty of disobedience, death. Again this was God's rule.
Many of us know the truth that follows. Adam and Eve disobeyed God which resulted in the penalty that God forewarned; death - separation from God (Genesis 2:17). This may sound harsh coming from a loving God but, this is how serious God is about ruling in the lives of His most precious creations. Adam and Eve would not be able to live eternally in the flesh because of disobedience.
